Service:

DC and AC drives repair and rebuilding:  Most brands of DC and AC controllers are serviced and repaired by Encore Industrial Solutions, no matter age or make.  In extreme cases where repair or service is no longer feasible or financially desirable, a recommendation is made for a suitable modern replacement.  Although we specialize in Bardac, MagneTek, Louis Allis and Yaskawa products, we service all major products; through our well-built database, we can locate replacements or even spare parts for most obsolete drives and controllers, not only Bardac, Yaskawa and Magnetek but many others. Using collaboration with other service providers, we can integrate different technologies as well as resources into any project.

System design, programming and engineering:
 
 We provide custom solutions to many opportunities in today’s market.  By using touch-panel technology and PLC integration, we can retrofit many obsolete relay-based control panels with more up-to-date systems that offer a higher level of flexibility and upgradability. We also offer technical manual writing resources for your existing operational manuals that need updates and consolidation.  The same resource can provide assistance with AutoCAD® materials, including revision and generation of drawings for all your electrical needs.

Field Service:

Encore Industrial Solutions provides field service engineering for most machines. We have the capability to assist in troubleshooting and programming Automation Direct , Omron, Allen Bradley PLCs and controllers as well as most other major brands.  While we cannot provide assistance in all brands, we will find a collaborative partner to do so. We service most DC and AC drives in the market including Bardac, ABB, Emerson, Reliance, Louis Allis, MagneTek, Toshiba, AB, Yaskawa, and others.  We assist with any emergency break-downs and provide preventive service for machines that have a high duty cycle in order that they operate as trouble-free as possible.  If the service assignment  requires it, we ship parts to your facility and build system solutions on your site, thereby saving time and costs while cutting wasted production.
